Super-Flo or Procomp Aluminum Heads?

Has anyone ever heard of these heads or had any experience with them? How to they perform? I bought a set that were 210cc intake runners, 64cc chamber, angle plug, and had the angle milled and fully ported. Getting ready to fire engine this week for the 1st time and want to know what to expect. Thanks!
