Why is it that Atheists can calmly discuss the teachings of Mohammed or Buddha?

but come unglued at the very mention of Jesus? Religion is religion and its ALL nonsense right? I thought that an atheist should act rationally and never get angry. After all, it was evolutionarily useless to become so mad, unless it preserved your life. So why the anger?
