Crock-pot query....what do I do?...help!?

Hmm. Make sure the lid is on good the whole time,and you don't take it off unless you need to put something else in it seasoning wise or to stir it. It could be losing heat and not able to come to a simmer. I'd go on and leave it in there on high for another hour. And then check it again. And next time,if possible, avoid cooking a huge hunk of frozen meat. In my experience fresh turns out better and cooks more evenly. Less of a headache etc.
