Was in AF DEP for 2 months. Want to switch to Navy. AF hasn't released for 4 months. Want to leave ASAP!!?

I joined the Air Force and two months after I was in DEP, I decided that I wanted to join the NAVY. I have been trying to get out of AF DEP for 4 months. I've tried contacting the AF Chief, Legislative Liaison and have tried to SPIFF several times. I want to DEP into the Navy and leave ASAP. Is there anything else I can try?
