Has the Antichrist arrived yet?

Does anybody kow the answer to this question? If he is already here on earth, who is he? And if he isnt here yet, how will we know for sure that its him? I THINK that the bible says that the antichrist will have the mark of the beast. Well, I belive that that mark is going to be on the skin. Its going to be something that God will be able to see. So that means that it cant be nothing of material, because God is goin to destroy all materials on judgement day, therefore, it has to be something that God will be able to see on him NAKED. So what are your theories? If you leave an answer, please leave proof.
