Would this be illegal or get me in trouble with the government?

I want to buy a full page in my local newspaper and have a "who am I?" type thing. I will list governmental views/policies causing 99% of people reading it to think it's Obama I'm describing. However at the bottom of the page it will say "I am Adolf Hitler". Is this illegal? Will the newspaper even allow me to do this?
